OFFER PREPARATION AND DESIGNING
Project offers that comply to technical specifications and standards are prepared by our expert staff. We reply back to offer demands on time and without any missing
points as we are aware of the fact that a straight manufacturing process starts with a correct and accurate offer.
Project designs and approval process of offers which are accepted as orders are held by the expert engineers of design department. The main aim is to find the correct design for both installation and management. We use special softwares for checking and recalculation of short circuit values, calculation as well as Autocad, Eplan and SeeElectrical for project design phase.
MANUFACTURING
Prosis switchboards are manufactured as a result of two important elements. First one is the experienced professionals who work on project designing and installation.
The second element is the approach of Prosis that is shaped according to customer needs. Its product range consists of modular switchboard systems which are complete and
compatible with each other. And these switchboard systems provide every type of plant requirements related to electric and mechanic features or required protection degree.
Besides its trademark Propano brand enclosures, Prosis offers variety of solutions like sizes, assembly methods, protection degrees from IP30 to IP66, segregation from Form 1 to Form 4B and up to 6800A with Icw=120kA with EAE PanelMaster Gold and Schneider PrismaSet Partnerships. Prosis also promises components of highest quality as being Partner of Schneider Electric.
SUPERVISION AND COMISSIONING
Upon demands of customers, with its expert staff, Prosis provides services of commissioning and supervisorship. The services especially include relay set-up and tracking of capacitor switchboard, harmonic measurement, commissioning of transfer systems, adjustments and commissioning of frequency convertors and soft starters, and lastly project revisions happened in the site.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
We believe in that quality consciousness is a philosophy of life, there should be never-ending improvements, and our customers deserve the best quality. Quality management systems are applied to all levels from proposal to delivery.
Manufacturing is under guarantee against manufacturing faults for 18 months starting from date of invoice. Manufacturing products like switch, disbursement and assembly requisites, copper bar, and switchboard casing own all features and certificates related to standards.
Routine Tests
We do all factory tests specified
by IEC 61439-1 standards for each switchboard and we report them back to customers.

EAE Rozetleme Süreci
Şartname, kurum ya da müşterimizin kendisinin talep etmesi durumunda EAE PanelMaster panolarda üretim sonu rutin deneylere ilave olarak EAE'nin yetkili
ve yetkin denetmenleri tarafından bir dizi kontrol işlemi gerçekleşmektedir. Bu kontrol işlemleri esnasında, panolarda kullanılan aksamın EAE'nin orijinal
aksamı olup olmadığı, EAE'nin tip test metoduna uygun tasarım ve montaj yapılıp yapılmadığı, bakırın iletkenliği ve panonun tüm beyan edilen değerlere
uygunluğu gibi unsurlar hassas ve detaylı çalışmalarla denetlenir ve bu denetim sonucunda uygun görülen panolara hem denetim raporu, hem de pano gövdesine
takılmak üzere rozet verilir. Bu rozet bulunan panolar, sonradan müdahale edilmediği sürece EAE'nin de güvencesi altındadır.
